These Terms govern access to and use of RoofDash Pro, including SkyTrace roof measurement workflows, QuoteFlow proposal workflows, saved records, team settings, and related services.

Use Of The Service
- RoofDash Pro provides software tools for roofing contractors and related businesses to manage measurements, quotes, customers, settings, proposal PDFs, and proposal email workflows.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including customer details, property details, roof measurements, pricing, materials, taxes, discounts, proposal language, and company branding.
- You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Accounts And Organizations
- You must provide accurate account and organization information and keep it current.
- Account owners and admins are responsible for managing team access, roles, permissions, and activity within their organization.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
Measurements, Quotes, And Proposals
- Roof measurements, calculations, quote totals, and proposal PDFs are tools to support your business workflow and should be reviewed by your team before use.
- RoofDash Pro does not guarantee that any measurement, quote, proposal, price, material quantity, tax amount, discount, or scope item is complete, accurate, code-compliant, or appropriate for a specific job.
- You are responsible for verifying roof conditions, project scope, local requirements, pricing, profitability, contract terms, and final proposal content before sending or relying on any output.
Customer Data
- You represent that you have the right to enter, store, process, and send customer information through RoofDash Pro.
- You are responsible for the content of proposals, messages, attachments, customer records, and any communications sent through the service.
- You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content.
Email Sending
- RoofDash Pro may send proposal emails through a verified platform sender unless your organization has an approved custom sending configuration.
- You are responsible for ensuring recipients have a legitimate business relationship with your company and that messages comply with applicable email, marketing, and privacy laws.
- Email delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed, rejected, filtered, bounced, or blocked by recipient systems.
Subscriptions And Billing
- Paid access, beta access, pricing, feature availability, usage limits, and billing terms may vary by plan and may change over time.
- If billing is enabled, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. You authorize applicable charges for the selected plan and any approved add-ons.
- Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability And Changes
- We work to keep RoofDash Pro reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, outages, provider issues, or events outside our control.
- We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
- Beta features may be incomplete, change quickly, or contain errors.
Third-Party Services
- RoofDash Pro may rely on third-party providers for hosting, database, storage, authentication, email delivery, payments, maps, measurement support, analytics, and other infrastructure.
- Third-party service availability, rules, limits, and failures may affect the service.
Intellectual Property
- RoofDash Pro and its software, branding, designs, workflows, and content are owned by RoofDash Pro or its licensors.
- You retain ownership of your organization data, customer data, uploaded logos, proposal content, and other business records you provide, subject to the rights needed for RoofDash Pro to operate the service.
Limitation Of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofDash Pro is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, project losses, inaccurate quotes, incorrect measurements, proposal mistakes, data loss, indirect damages, or consequential damages.
- The service is provided as business software support and does not replace professional judgment, field verification, contract review, or compliance review.
Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay required fees, misuse the platform, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally practical.
Changes To These Terms
- We may update these Terms as the product, business, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
